NAMI Family-to-Family

Loving someone with a mental health condition can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
NAMI Helena is offering NAMI Family-to-Family, a free, evidence-based, eight-week educational program for family, friends, and significant others of individuals with mental health conditions. The course is taught by trained family members with lived experience.
What the program covers: vital information on mental illnesses, treatment options, coping strategies, problem-solving, communication, and self-care. It also provides mutual support and hope, empowering caregivers to navigate the recovery journey.
Who is the program for? Family, friends, and significant others of individuals with mental health conditions.
📆 When: Every Tuesday, October 20 – December 15, 2026 (no class Thanksgiving week)
🕛 Time: 6:00–8:30 PM
🎫 Cost: Free
